Audio Restoration Services

Radio and Podcast Production also offers Audio Restoration Services. Audio restoration is a generalized term for the process of removing imperfections (such as hiss, crackle, noise, and buzz) from sound recordings. We can clean up the sound of old sermon tapes and 33 rpm records and convert them to Compact Disc. Many people choose to use us to convert their record collection over to CD so they can once again enjoy their favorite music. The word Podcasting describes the technology used to push audio content from websites down to consumers, who then listen on their iPod (hence the "pod") or other mp3 player. Also see the Wikipedia Definition of Podcasting.

Podcasting is not unlike time-shifted video software and devices like TiVo, which let you watch what you want when you want by recording and storing video, except that podcasting is used for audio.
